Despite innumerable warnings and an ominous sharp increase of selling-short airline stocks during the week before, George Bush allows September 11 to happen and exploits it as a phony justification for his war in Iraq that a number of his present White House aides had concocted back in 1998. With lies of Iraq being an imminent threat and having ties to Al Qaeda, he gains support for his preemptive invasion that inspires a greater risk of further terrorism in America. And, he denies purple hearts to the resulting 10,000 maimed U.S. Iraq war casualties to stifle notoriety of their ballooning numbers. Also, George Bush caters to his constituency of fat-cat special interests and corporate buddies, including Enron's Ken Lay and the Bin Ladens. He supports offshoring good jobs and importing low-wage illegal aliens. Bush wants to eliminate overtime pay and recall workers' health and safety laws. He attacks pollution controls and natural resource restrictions. He favors the rich with his tax cut and ensuing flat income tax. He pushes for legislation designed to eventually destroy Medicare and is planning the same for Social Security. And, he cuts social programs in spite of increasing poverty in America.
