No Party Invitations for Working Americans. George Bush comes from extreme wealth, and his policies show it. His solutions to economic hard times are the same as aristocratic, millionaire Republican president, Herbert Hoover, during the great depression of 1929. Today, the president forges the Bush tax cut designed to enrich the wealthy while he cuts social progams for working Americans. During the great depression, Herbert Hoover also subsidized the upper classes and alleged that aiding working people would make them lazy and unproductive. Furthermore, Hoover's refusing to give promised bonuses to WW1 veterans is errily similar to Bush's rescinding $Billions in benefits for military families and veterans. Incidentally, Hoover dealt with protesting WW1 veterans with open fire.Click Here to Enlarge Cartoon and Download
